2008 CHICAGO BIKE SHOW
& FAMILY FITNESS EXPO WELCOME
TRIATHLON EXHIBITORS AND CONSUMERS

The 17th Annual Chicago Bike Show & Family Fitness Expo will be welcoming triathlon exhibitors and vendors on March 29, 2008 and
March 30, 2008 when the show opens at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

"We will be one of the first shows of the year exhibiting some of the latest products for our attendees that participate in triathlons in Chicago and around the country. We are hoping to cater to the broader interests of our attendees who may not only be interested in cycling but may participate in other events throughout the year," said Tracy Collings, Show Manager.

Over 25 exhibitors and vendors will be on hand to display hundreds of triathlon products and services. Many of the exhibitors will be expanding their inventory to include bikes and services related to this growing industry. "Every year our goal is to find another area of cycling that would interest our attendees or expose them to another aspect of cycling. Chicago is becoming a big market for triathlons and it's an exciting opportunity to offer our attendees," said Eliot Wineberg, Show Director.

As in previous years, the weekend will offer something for every level of cyclist. The extreme stunt shows will run all weekend long, along with daily seminars hosted by some of the top industry professionals. The indoor bike valet returns this year along with the kid's area sponsored by Chicago Parent. Arrive early on Saturday morning and be one of the first attendees to browse the popular closeout center, featuring a large variety of cycling merchandise for sale from area vendors.

The Chicago Bike Show & Family Fitness Expo is expected to welcome over 20,000 attendees to Donald E Stephens Convention Center.
The show hours are Saturday, March 29, 9 a.m. to 7p.m. and Sunday, March 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $12 for adults,
$4 for children 6-12 and free for children under 6.

The Chicago Bike Show & Family Fitness Expo is sponsored by Chicago Athlete Magazine, Scion, Toyota and Chicago Parent Magazine.
